We are very proud to say our staff have been with us for a long time. There are many reasons for that out of them some are belove, We look after our people the best we can with full respect. We knows that in the food processing plant cleaning business people are not just our best assets, they are our only assets.We are family owned independent business all our supervisors and operational manager started with us as a cleaners.so we know what they like and we offer our team with a bright career with us not just a job. We put our team member through intensive training conducted by senior staff who have been cleaner showing them how we do and what we do to achieve the best result.

Many years ago, Patel family have established the commercial and industrial cleaning business to provide high quality cleaning services whose owners understands that effective cleaning is an investment not expense.

Ongoing training
With every promotion and added responsibility staff are provided with all the resources needed to complete the job with excellence. From new machinery, and processes, to management training, and other development programs, we ensure that our staff have confidence in their ability to complete the work.
Onsite Training
Every site has it’s own particular variations on the process. The site systems and checklists ensure that tasks and processes are clearly spelled out, but we don’t stop there. At every new site there will be anything from 3-days to 2-weeks of supervision and training to ensure that everything is being done according to the requirements.
